How Fuse helps with Risk Assessment:

  1. Use the Fuse schedule analysis checks to ensure schedule quality before embarking on a project risk assessment.
  2. Validate risk inputs using the Fuse Risk Input metric library.
  3. Track risk exposure and identify time-phases and activity grouping with high schedule and cost risk exposure

Example risk realism checks included in Fuse:

  • Identify activities with broad risk ranges (i.e. those that need to be better defined)
  • Find activities with no schedule risk range (i.e. those that have been potentially overlooked)
  • Compare Average Risk Exposure of multiple projects or specific activity groupings (resource, WBS, location, etc.)
  • Identify high cost risk drivers or high schedule risk drivers
  • Determine activities with overly aggressive or conservative risk ranges
*All of  the risk realism checks included within Fuse are completely editable including formulas, criteria, thresholds, and tripwires.  For a complete list of the metrics included in Fuse click here
