Obtain trending information or performance using the Fuse phase analyzer.  Slice and dice the project by years, quarters, months, weeks or custom phases and view metric results for each one.

Example 1:

View the metric results, as a number or count, for each phase. This example shows a few metrics indicating overall performance of the project thus far.  The project has been sliced by month and shows activities that are planned, underway and completed for each month.  Additionally the metrics show the days remaining and days completed as well as planned and completed milestones.

Example 2:

Graph the metric results, such as budget cost, to get trending information. This example has sliced the project by quarters and shows the budgeted cost for each quarter as a graph in the phase analyzer.

Example 3:

Add multiple metrics, such as actual, remaining, and budgeted cost, to the graph for comparison.  This example shows Actual Cost, Remaining Cost, and Budgeted Cost as a stacked area chart for each quarter of the project.
