The Fuse Forensic Analyzer pinpoints variances between two or more projects, status updates, or project scenarios as well as the effects of these differences. Unlike other schedule comparison tools, the Fuse Forensic Analyzer evaluates an unlimited number of schedules, cost estimates, or risk models and identifies changes made on any attribute. The Fuse Forensic Analyzer can even identify variances between schedules from disparate platforms, for example compare an update in P6 to a Microsoft Project schedule.
Example Uses of the Fuse Forensic Analyzer:
Claims Analysis & Dispute Resolution
Identify differences such as added/removed activities, changes to activity durations, added or removed constraints as well as changes to constraint types, between contractor updates and initial plans. Additionally, view effects of these changes on the likes of float, cost, and project completion. Pinpoint root cause of delays and overruns to aid in disputes.
Project Performance Tracking
Compare status updates and project snapshots to the baseline schedule. Bring in quarterly, monthly, or weekly snapshots of the project for comparison against the baseline plan. Identify both cost and schedule variances to determine execution performance.
What-If Analysis
Analyze potential scope changes against the current plan before committing the changes. Identify if a potential change leads to delays, overruns, or busts in the schedule.
The Fuse Forensic Analyzer can identify changes made to an unlimited number of checks including code and user defined field changes. Add, sort, and group results and then seamlessly export them to excel for fast and easy forensic reporting.
