Acumen Fuse Version 2.0 includes a new logic analyzer with additional logic checks, as well as extended Forensic analyzer, all of which can now be viewed in the Fuse Dashboard. Start your project analysis with an executive overview of project quality, health, and forensics using gauges, charts, and graphs and then zero in on any aspect to pinpoint the driving activities. Additionally the revamped Fuse metric builder makes creating new metrics and editing existing metrics even easier.

Fuse 2.0 Dashboard 

Project status, quality, performance, and forensics ALL IN ONE VIEW. Fuse 2.0 provides an even greater means of project visualization than before. The interactive Fuse 2.0 Dashboard contains three reporting sections which use charts, graphs, and gauges to provide visual understanding of project quality, performance, and forensics. 

 Project Status:

Quickly view status of project completion, actual cost, earned value, and project characteristics.  

  • Compare critical activity status to non-critical activity status
  • Percentages and counts of activity types
  • Compare actual cost to remaining cost and actual completed work to remaining work

Schedule Quality:

Identify and isolate flaws within the schedule as well as understand.

  • Number of  leads and lags
  • Logic flaws including open ends, redundant logic, circular logic, and reverse logic
  • Use of hard and soft constraints

Forensics & Trending:

Compare variances between two or more projects or project scenarios.

  • Compare percentages and counts of activity, relationship, and resource variances as well as any additional activity attribute of your choice.

New Logic Analyzer   

Fuse 2.0 Identifies logic flaws such as:

  • Open ends: Activities missing either a successor or a predecessor
  • Leads(negative lags): Negative duration applied to a logic link resulting in the successor starting before the start of the predecessor
  • Lags: Duration applied to a logic link
  • Out of Sequence activities: Pinpoint successors who's status contradicts logic
  • Reverse Logic: Successor activities that start before their predecessors
  • Redundant Logic: Non-essential logic made redundant by other more detailed logic paths
  • Circular Logic: Linking a successor back to the predecessor that its already linked to

 

New Metric Builder

The new Fuse 2.0 Metric Builder has simplified metric writing and editing the new user-friendly metric building options and an easier to understand formula editing process. Now building and customizing metrics can be done by anyone and shared company-wide.
