ACUMEN FUSE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Acumen is a project analytics company located in Austin, TX. We are currently looking for a dynamic sales representative to sell Acumen Fuse™, an exciting newly released project visualization and analytics tool. The Sales Representative must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to potential users. Sales Representatives are the primary resource for Acumen Fuse™ information. Sales Representatives are responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process, working in conjunction with the Acumen team, as the key product advocate for Acumen Fuse™.
 
The Sales Representative must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to potential users. Must be able to identify all issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for articulating key product benefits and uses to potential customers
  • Responsible for product demonstrations
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets and goals
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory

Qualifications
 
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales as well as be knowledge in the area of project management. Should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a fast-paced organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Must be organized and analytical and be able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
 

  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales
  • Experience and familiarity of products and line of business a plus
  • Experience in Software Sales
  • Must show that they have met sales targets/growth previously
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Project Management or a related field is a plus
  • Should have a positive can do attitude

 
ACUMEN SENIOR RISK ANALYST/MANAGER

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 8 years hands-on experience with design and /or construction scheduling and hands-on experience with resource management and earned value management system. In addition, candidates must have an excellent understanding of project controls and scheduling principles and MUST have hands on experience with Primavera's Enterprise (P6 version).

 
Additional duties include assisting with the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget data, including resource loading. Other duties will include providing advice, guidance and training to subordinates, collecting, interpreting and inputting schedule data into the project control database and providing output to the project team, providing schedule assessment & risk analysis, technical assessment & systems engineering support as directed. You will also assist in preparing status reports, identifying schedule risks and other related project planning and controls documentation.

Your primary responsibility will be updating lifecycle project schedules during the design and construction management and capital improvements. You will spend time analyzing schedules and identifying schedule risk, meeting with people in the areas responsible for the schedule activities, and must be able to mediate risk resolution. You will be responsible for giving advice based on your analysis to key decision makers and being able to support your analysis and recommendation.
The ideal candidate must have experience with designing and implementing business process for Project Control activities insuring that scheduling policies.
 
Qualifications
Previous direct management experience

 
Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with Risk Analysis management
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Experience with EVMS implementations, including ANSI 748A EVM standards and related FAR and DFAR clauses
  • Experience in working with IT project implementation as a key contributor developing baseline schedules, providing status for schedules, and conducting risk analyses of schedule dates
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Master’s degree required
  • 2+ years experience with Primavera (Pertmaster) Risk Analyst  

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with consulting
  • Experience with software tools, including wInsight, Primavera P3, Expedition, Microsoft Project, OpenPlan, Cobra, MPM
  • Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation to deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
  • Possession of excellent data-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or EVP Certification

  • Approximately 25%
