Our analysts are subject matter experts in specific industries. Together combining years of experience from owners, contractors, agencies and auditing organizations they provide valuable insight, on project risk, best scheduling practices and EV.
Michele King; Senior Analyst
Michele has over seven years of experience in project management, schedule-risk analysis and risk management. Michele received both her Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University while on full academic scholarship. She is also currently active in several professional societies.
Ian Koenig PMP; Strategic Program Analyst
With 30 years of project and program expertise, Ian has guided successful global projects and corporate programs from strategic planning through deployment. Founder of Quality IS Projects, Inc.
Product Development
Daniel Pereira; Chief Architect
Mr. Pereira has over 10 years of software development, design and deployment experience. He is a Cisco Certified Network Professional and has lead system teams with design and configuration of software solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and was ranked number one in his field from his graduating class.
Operations
Jacqueline O'Connor, MBA; Operations Director
With over 8 years of contract management and proposal development experience, Jacqueline joins Acumen to provide operations and marketing support. She has worked in oil and gas, department of defense, and private industries. She has a Bachelors Degree in Science from Willamette University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Jenn Goodrich; Lead Marketing Specialist
Jenn joins Acumen as the Lead Marketing Specialist responsible for all outward facing product and company marketing efforts including strategic communications, product positioning, and business development. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and specializes in coming up with innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

Brooke Hailey; Inside Sales Representative
Brooke Hailey joins us as an inside sales representative. Brooke graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in marketing. She’s worked in a variety of industries from chewing gum to video gaming software. She is an exceptional communicator and has vast experience in sales management and businesses development.
Subject Matter Expert Team (SMEs)
Our team of PPM SMEs are specifically trained in our performance-based methodologies. We have built our team upon a stringent set of requirements including a minimum of ten years PPM experience.
Our SMEs are hand picked for specific assignments based upon your requirements and needs. All SMEs are Project Management Professionals (PMP) certified or currently undergoing PMP training.
We are not a project management "body shop", our SMEs are 100% focused on project analytics and our approach is more fast-track, high-return SME consulting, with minimum time impact to your daily on-going project activities.
