The Acumen Fuse Scorecard is a new report that provides scores for activities, ribbons, phases and projects by combining metric results.

Metric Library Templates:
Save your custom metric libraries as templates and share them with other Acumen Fuse users.

Benchmark Comparison Analysis:
Select any phase or ribbon as a benchmark to compare all other phases or ribbons to.

Acumen recently released a new white paper entitled "Improved Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) through Metric Assessment". This paper discusses the importance of establishing a sound schedule basis and ensuring valid risk inputs so as to generate an accurate and realistic schedule risk model. A technique for ensuring both of these criteria is discussed using specific metrics targeted at risk model validation.
